Editorial contact and corrections

Send an editorial correction, feedback or general publication question. This is not a customer-support route for eSIM services.

Contact Transit Current

We welcome corrections, editorial feedback, source documents and questions about our coverage. If you have discovered an error, omission or inconsistency in one of our articles, please let us know so we can investigate and, where appropriate, correct the record. When contacting us about corrections, include the article title, a link to the page, a concise description of the issue, and any primary materials or references that support your claim.

For editorial suggestions and contextual tips — for example, pointers to official technical documents, regulatory filings, or device manuals — describe the source and the relevance. If you are submitting supporting documents, note the provenance and whether they are public records or privately shared materials. We will treat legitimate confidentiality requests seriously and discuss any necessary redactions with the source where appropriate.

Transit Current is not eSIM customer support and we do not provide help with activating, troubleshooting, provisioning or managing eSIM profiles or mobile accounts. We cannot act as a proxy for service provider interactions nor can we change device configurations remotely. Readers seeking account-level assistance should contact their device manufacturer or service provider directly.

To send corrections, editorial feedback or general enquiries about the website, please use email from your own mail client addressed to the editorial inbox. Our staff review inbound messages and will respond to substantive editorial enquiries in due course. Please note that we may not reply to routine technical support requests. The editorial inbox address is [email protected]. Only emails deliberately sent to our mailbox are received; we do not capture messages submitted via a site form because the site does not host a form processor.

If your message contains factual material that could affect published content, indicate whether you are willing to be identified as the source. We generally prefer named, verifiable contributions but will consider anonymous tips that include supporting documentation. Where an anonymous tip prompts a correction or update, we will describe our verification process in the correction note so readers can assess the basis for the change.

Response expectations: we prioritise corrections and substantive editorial matters. Simple informational requests or general praise may not generate a reply. Please allow reasonable time for a considered response; investigative or verification work may require additional research and consultation. We will acknowledge receipt of substantive submissions and provide an estimated timeline when appropriate.

When contacting us about potential conflicts of interest, sponsoring relationships, or perceived editorial influence, include as much documentary detail as possible so we can investigate. We will publish disclosures when relevant and correct any misrepresentations in our public statements. Transit Current is committed to transparency about relationships that bear on editorial content.

For enquiries about site availability, accessibility concerns, or requests related to content usage rights, state the nature of the request and the intended use. We will respond with the applicable licensing terms or accessibility accommodations where practicable. Please be aware that permissions to reproduce substantial parts of our content are handled on a case-by-case basis and may require written agreement.
